	Provide personalized training and coaching on targeted emotional intelligence competencies

	Give performance feedback on change goals
	Provide relapse prevention training/coaching
	Conduct "shadow" activities to provide just-in-time coaching
	Facilitate emotional intelligence team building session
	Facilitate workplace interactions as needed
	Create learning support teams

	Establish joint outcome measures for targeted competencies, including job performance measures
	Conduct pre and post evaluation using pre-assessment data as the baseline
