Services
HD assists
executives of large organizations (small ones, too) in achieving
planned organizational changes and in becoming change agents within
their own organizations. Our organizational consulting approach
focuses on developing collaborative and trusting relationships with
our clients; designing and implementing lasting changes in their
organizational performance; and, preparing the client organization,
from the outset, to assume direction and control of the change
effort.
In our organization development work, we use a
variety of techniques drawn from classic organization development
practice, small group theory and practice, and clinical psychology.
We also employ a variety of organizational assessment tools and
techniques to target areas for improvement and assess the impact of
our interventions. Using a total systems approach, HD works with
organizations to advance organizational learning and assess the
potential for improved effectiveness through: problem clarification,
planning, implementation, evaluation, and integration.
